Common questions
How fast do I get the product after paying?
Instantly. As soon as payment goes through, you land on the download page and the link is also emailed to you — no waiting on a reply.
Can't I just vibe-code this myself?
You can, and a basic chat takes an hour. The rest takes longer: rate limits, a daily budget so bots can't drain your API credit, keeping the prompt off the browser, routing Telegram replies to the right visitor. If you enjoy that, build it. If you'd rather spend the tokens on your own product, this costs €49 once.
Do I need coding skills?
Some. You should be comfortable with environment variables and deploying a Next.js app, or have an AI coding agent do it with you (instructions are included). If neither sounds like you, choose the paid installation (€189).
What are the running costs?
Three things, all on your own accounts. AI usage: with the default Claude Haiku model, typically under a cent per conversation, depending on your FAQ size and chat length. Hosting: Vercel's free Hobby plan is for non-commercial use only, so a business site needs Vercel Pro or another Node.js host. Upstash Redis has a free tier. Telegram is free.
What support is included?
SellChat is sold as-is, with step-by-step setup docs included. The officially supported stack is Vercel + Upstash — other Node.js hosts should work but are used at your own risk. 1:1 support isn't included in the base price, but a paid installation service is available for €189 if you'd rather have it set up for you.
Can I use it on multiple websites?
Yes — you can use SellChat on any number of your own projects or websites. Adding another site takes minutes: deploy a copy, give it its own bot and put all the bots in one Telegram group. Every alert says which site it came from, and you reply from the same place. What the license doesn't allow is redistributing, reselling, or sharing the source code with other people or companies; each buyer needs their own copy.
Is my customer data safe?
Your data never touches our servers. Conversations go through your own hosting, AI provider and database accounts, so you decide on retention and those providers' terms apply. Name them in your privacy policy.
Can I customize the AI's personality?
Absolutely. The system prompt, brand voice, welcome message, intent keywords, and visual styling are all configurable in config.json.
What if I need help setting it up?
The package includes a step-by-step guide in English and Polish, plus instructions your AI coding agent can follow. If you'd rather not do it yourself, the optional installation service (€189) covers a full done-for-you setup.
