1. Seller

The seller is Delacroix Sp. z o.o., ul. Lawendowa 1, Zarzyce Małe, 34-142 Leńcze, Poland, NIP: 5512681365, KRS: 0001274928, registered with the District Court for Kraków-Śródmieście in Kraków, 12th Commercial Division of the National Court Register, share capital: PLN 5,000.00. Contact: the chat on https://sellchat.eu (bottom-right corner of every page) — leave your e-mail address in the chat and we reply by e-mail.

2. Definitions

• “SellChat” or “the Package” — the downloadable software package described on this site (a self-hosted AI chat widget, source code and setup instructions), sold as a one-time digital purchase.
• “Customer” — anyone who places an order for the Package.
• “Consumer” — a Customer who is a natural person buying for purposes unrelated to their business or profession, within the meaning of Polish and EU consumer-protection law.
• “Installation Service” — the optional paid service (€189, or 799 zł on the Polish version of the site) where we install and configure the Package on the Customer's behalf.

3. What we sell

SellChat is sold as-is, as a one-time digital purchase for €49 (199 zł on the Polish version of the site) — not a subscription. It includes the full source code of a self-hosted AI chat widget, setup documentation, and access to product updates as described on the site at the time of purchase. The license permits use on the buyer's own website(s)/projects; it does not permit resale or redistribution of the source code.

All prices (€49 / €189 and 199 zł / 799 zł) are gross prices — they already include VAT. No additional tax is added at checkout.

4. Placing an order

Orders are placed by clicking the “Order” button, which opens a Stripe-hosted checkout page. Payment is processed entirely by Stripe; we never see your card details. Once payment is confirmed, you're redirected to a download page and also receive the download link and a copy of this confirmation by email.

5. Prices and payment

The price is displayed in euro (EUR) on the English version of the site and in Polish złoty (PLN) on the Polish version; you pay in the currency of the page you order from. It is a gross price — VAT is already included, so the amount you see is the amount you pay. Payment is accepted via the methods Stripe offers at checkout (typically card payments).

6. Delivery of digital content

The Package is delivered immediately upon successful payment: a download page and a confirmation email with the download link are provided right away, with no shipping delay, because SellChat is digital content, not a physical product.

7. Right of withdrawal / money-back guarantee (14 days)

Consumers have 14 days from the date of purchase to withdraw from this contract, without giving any reason, under Polish and EU consumer law. We do not ask you to waive this right at checkout, and we do not rely on the digital-content exception that would otherwise let a seller exclude it (Art. 38(13) of the Polish Consumer Rights Act) — the full 14-day right applies to your purchase, and it lines up with the 14-day guarantee described in our marketing: if things don't work out within that window, tell us and we'll refund you.

To withdraw or request a refund, tell us within 14 days of your purchase date via the chat on https://sellchat.eu (bottom-right corner of every page) — leave your e-mail address in the chat and we reply by e-mail, giving the e-mail address you paid with. As a condition of any refund, please stop using the Package and delete any copies of the source code you've deployed — this is a reasonable condition we attach to refunds on digital source code, not a limit on your statutory right to the refund itself.

8. License, confidentiality and intellectual property

• The Package is provided under a license agreement between you and the Seller, concluded when you place your order (its text is in the LICENSE.txt file in the Package). The rules in this section are contractual obligations and apply regardless of whether, or to what extent, the Package is protected by copyright or other intellectual property rights.
• You may use, modify and deploy the Package's source code on your own website(s) and projects; multiple deployments are allowed.
• You may not resell, sublicense, share, publish or otherwise redistribute the source code or the documentation, in original or modified form, in whole or in part — including in a public repository or as part of another product, template or package.
• You must keep the source code and documentation confidential: store them only in private repositories and give access only to people who work on your deployments and are bound to the same confidentiality. Serving the chat-widget.js file to your website's visitors as part of a normal deployment is not a breach.
• If you breach this section, the license ends and you must delete all copies of the Package; we may also claim damages under Polish law.
• Any intellectual property rights in the Package belong to the Seller, except for what you create yourself (such as your configuration, content and modifications).

9. Support and liability

The Package is sold with setup documentation but without dedicated 1:1 support included in the base price; paid installation is available as described in section 2. The Package is provided “as is”; to the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from its use. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under mandatory Polish or EU consumer-protection law.

10. Complaints

If something is wrong with your order, describe the issue to us via the chat on https://sellchat.eu (bottom-right corner of every page) — leave your e-mail address in the chat and we reply by e-mail. We aim to respond within 14 days, in line with statutory complaint-handling timelines for Consumers.

11. Out-of-court dispute resolution

EU-based Consumers may use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr to raise a complaint without going to court.

12. Personal data

Personal data collected as part of an order is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.

13. Final provisions

These Terms are governed by Polish law, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection provisions of the Consumer's own country of residence that apply regardless of choice of law. We may update these Terms from time to time; the version in force at the time of your order applies to that order.
