Terms & Conditions
Last updated: 20 July 2026
These Terms & Conditions govern the sale of the SellChat digital package through https://sellchat.eu. By placing an order you agree to them. This is a draft prepared with AI assistance; the placeholders below (seller's registered details) must be filled in, and a lawyer review is still recommended before publishing.
1. Seller
The seller is [TODO: full registered company name, e.g. "SellChat Sp. z o.o."], [TODO: registered office address], NIP: [TODO: NIP], KRS: [TODO: KRS number], registered with [TODO: registry court, e.g. "District Court for ... , National Court Register"]. Contact: contact@sellchat.eu.
2. Definitions
- “SellChat” or “the Package” — the downloadable software package described on this site (a self-hosted AI chat widget, source code and setup instructions), sold as a one-time digital purchase.
- “Customer” — anyone who places an order for the Package.
- “Consumer” — a Customer who is a natural person buying for purposes unrelated to their business or profession, within the meaning of Polish and EU consumer-protection law.
- “Installation Service” — the optional paid service (799 zł) where we install and configure the Package on the Customer's behalf.
3. What we sell
SellChat is sold as-is, as a one-time digital purchase for 199 zł — not a subscription. It includes the full source code of a self-hosted AI chat widget, setup documentation, and access to product updates as described on the site at the time of purchase. The license permits use on the buyer's own website(s)/projects; it does not permit resale or redistribution of the source code.
199 zł and 799 zł are gross prices — they already include VAT. No additional tax is added at checkout.
4. Placing an order
Orders are placed by clicking the “Order” button, which opens a Stripe-hosted checkout page (or, if Stripe is not yet configured, a pre-filled email to us). Payment is processed entirely by Stripe; we never see your card details. Once payment is confirmed, you're redirected to a download page and also receive the download link and a copy of this confirmation by email.
5. Prices and payment
The price is displayed in Polish złoty (PLN) on the site at the time of purchase and is a gross price — VAT is already included, so the amount you see is the amount you pay. Payment is accepted via the methods Stripe offers at checkout (typically card payments).
6. Delivery of digital content
The Package is delivered immediately upon successful payment: a download page and a confirmation email with the download link are provided right away, with no shipping delay, because SellChat is digital content, not a physical product.
7. Right of withdrawal / money-back guarantee (14 days)
Consumers have 14 days from the date of purchase to withdraw from this contract, without giving any reason, under Polish and EU consumer law. We do not ask you to waive this right at checkout, and we do not rely on the digital-content exception that would otherwise let a seller exclude it (Art. 38(13) of the Polish Consumer Rights Act) — the full 14-day right applies to your purchase, and it lines up with the 14-day guarantee described in our marketing: if things don't work out within that window, tell us and we'll refund you.
To withdraw or request a refund, email contact@sellchat.eu within 14 days of your purchase date. As a condition of any refund, please stop using the Package and delete any copies of the source code you've deployed — this is a reasonable condition we attach to refunds on digital source code, not a limit on your statutory right to the refund itself.
8. License and intellectual property
- You may use the Package's source code to build and run chat widgets on your own website(s) and projects.
- You may not resell, sublicense, or redistribute the source code itself, in original or modified form, as a standalone product.
- All intellectual property in the Package not created by you remains ours.
9. Support and liability
The Package is sold with setup documentation but without dedicated 1:1 support included in the base price; paid installation is available as described in section 2. The Package is provided “as is”; to the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from its use. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under mandatory Polish or EU consumer-protection law.
10. Complaints
If something is wrong with your order, contact contact@sellchat.eu describing the issue. We aim to respond within 14 days, in line with statutory complaint-handling timelines for Consumers.
11. Out-of-court dispute resolution
EU-based Consumers may use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr to raise a complaint without going to court.
12. Personal data
Personal data collected as part of an order is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.
13. Final provisions
These Terms are governed by Polish law, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection provisions of the Consumer's own country of residence that apply regardless of choice of law. We may update these Terms from time to time; the version in force at the time of your order applies to that order.
